TESSCO’s Company History
TESSCO Energy Services originated in 1998 through the combination of oilfield contractors that provided pole line construction, electrification, automation, storm restoration and maintenance services for the oil and natural gas producers in the Permian Basin.
The company closed 9 acquisitions through 2003, becoming the leading supplier of electrical construction and maintenance services in the Southwest. TESSCO Energy Services was acquired by the PLH Group in 2010.
The current management team was brought together in 2000.
