Apprenticeship Program
TESSCO employees have the opportunity to participate in the PLH Group Apprenticeship Program, allowing them to earn while they learn and advance their careers. To qualify, the candidate must be an active employee for a minimum of six months.
The four-year program requires a total of 576 hours of education combined with 8,000 hours of documented on-the-job training in specified tasks.
